In  our   school   we  play   loads   of  exciting   games. Our    class   teacher  is    Mrs  Ashworth  she is a good teacher. Our  helper  teacher  for   Literacy   is  Mrs  Roberts.

On  Fridays we have a gold book assembly with Mr Allen.

On our school  website we could put some jokes for eg….

Why did the Zebra cross the road?

To make a  Zebra crossing.

Why did Tigger  stick his head down  the  toilet?

To find  Pooh.

Why didn’t the skeleton go to the party?

Because he had no body.

How do gorrilas  cook their food?

They  grill it.

What did the  police man say  to  his  stomach?

You're  under  a vest.

In   year  4/5  Fir  we  all  wrote  a  Fable  and  this  is  my   Fable:

THE LION AND THE MONKEY

One   day   a    lion   came   up    to   a   monkey   and  said “  let  me   sleep  

stop   making   them  noises.” “ I   have   got   a   big    headache,  it’s   been

a   month  I   am   going  to  die   the   vet    said!” “Can I help you?” asked the  

monkey . “I don’t know “  said the lion.  “ Where’s your family?” asked  the 

monkey.  “ Over  that  gate,  I   can’t   get   to   them.”  “ I   have   got  an   idea

I can bring your family here.”

“Just get a rope, chuck it over the gate, I will hold onto the rope, jump over and

  Get your family here” said the monkey.

The next day the lion and the monkey got the rope chucked it over the gate, 

and swung over the gate. The monkey brought the family over to the lion.

The lion was getting even more ill,  the monkey  called   the   vet.

After  one  hour  the   vet   came  out   and   said,  “ there   is  nothing   to

worry   about,  he  just   needs   rest.” He’s sleeping at the moment.” When the

lion woke up he said a big thank you to the monkey, and gave the monkey a

big bunch of bananas.

 Its not always about good and bad!
